Ordering
Please find and fill out our order form here
, then email it to bd@genepharma.com and order@genepharma.com if you are interested in our siRNA oligonucleotides. Our stuffs who are responsible to overseas business will contact you as soon as possible (except weekend).
We offer each customer a free design of siRNA sequences. Please email us the gene name and species if you are interested in our free design service. We can also directly synthesize your provided siRNA sequences.
A proof of payment confirmation needs to be provided before the delivery. If this is your first payment from us, we’ll only place order once the payment has arrived to our bank account. Payment method will be mentioned in the quotation.
Support
Please email support@genepharma.com if you have technical questions. For questions
relate to your order, please contact bd@genepharma.com.
Quality Control
All of our siRNA oligonucleotides undergo vigorous process monitoring and strict quality control. Capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry are required for each siRNA. The quantity is systematically validated by UV absorbance at 260 nm.
Specifications of siRNA Oligos: Purification: Fully deprotected and desalted. Purified by PAGE or RP-HPLC upon request.
Length: 19 to 23 bp/strand.
Bases: RNA (A, C, G or U); DNA (A, C, G or T).Backbone: Phosphodiester bond.
Labels and modifications: Fluorescein, biotin and phosphate: 3' or 5'end.
Other labels available upon request.
Format: Single-strand RNA oligos are delivered in dry form.
Storage and stability
We highly recommend storing the siRNA oligos at -20°C. Repetitive freeze-thaw cycles need to be avoided if siRNA is stored as aliquots. For long-term storage, please keep siRNA oligo in water free.
Shipment
Our siRNA oligos will be delivered via DHL or Fedex. A free shipment will be provided if your order is over 1000 USD.
Technical Data Sheet
A synthesis report will be shipped with siRNA oligo, including customer information, siRNA sequence, modification, quantity, purification method, resuspension instruction, and capillary electrophoresis result.
